Dr.OOl says: This exclusive photo and fan sign, taken moments before Michael Jackson's untimely death by 'lackofbigchicksandboobsitis' (Dr.OOl's personal diagnosis), shows the pop superstar (being comforted by 'bender' Uri Geller and 'mute child sized primate' Bubbles) was still able to heap praise and thanks on his favourite doctor in the whole wide world and universe in his last precious minutes before the flight to Brazil, sorry heaven, where he doesnt have to play the damn O2 Arena in London 645,000 times.
Dr.OOl hopes that this emotional farewell will now lead the way for other fan signs (as seems to be the norm nowadays) of Dr.OOl and his marvelous health and diet clinics arriving in his 'male sack' really soon.
